Truth on trying

2 11 2013

How do you know when you’ve tried too hard or went too far? You take a look at who your true friends are, and how many of those so-called friends have your back and ask you for your truthful opinion cause you know they’ll listen. There’s this saying that I came up with not too long ago. “The actions and words of one are set into stone.” If you’re smart, you would know what I’ve said. I’ve tried too hard at so many things, only to be met with failure on so many levels. I tried to have a friendship , but was met with the same results again. I probably set a new world record at do so…7 days, if not shorter. I guess now, what I’m going to have to do is quit trying so hard and let the real Richard Killebrew just flow like the waves of the ocean. Maybe I’ll accomplish a whole lot more in my life.
